Overview

Victoria is an associate in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in Washington, D.C. From 2024-2025, she served as law clerk to Hon. Robin M. Meriweather of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Prior to that, Victoria was an associate at a global leading law firm specialising in shareholder derivate litigation.

Experience*

Squarespace: representing the company and its board of directors in defeating a motion for preliminary injunction that sought to enjoin the US$6.6 billion merger between Squarespace and Permira (New York state court).
Engagesmart: advising its special committee in the successful resolution of pre-closing injunction claims arising from its multibillion merger with Vista equity partners (Delaware Court of Chancery).
Endo Pharmaceuticals: representing in its chapter 11 case, which involved the restructuring of over U$8 billion of debt and resolution of other litigation-related claims against the company (S.D.N.Y Bankruptcy).
Ebix, Inc.: representing the successful defense of breach of fiduciary duty litigation securing a post-trial dismissal on all counts (Delaware Court of Chancery).
Board of Control for Cricket in India (“BCCI”): defeating a motion for a temporary restraining order and anti-suit injunction filed against BCCI’s proceeding pending in India (Delaware Bankruptcy Court).
John C. Malone: advising in the successful resolution of litigation arising from the exercise of a call agreement with Qurate Retail Inc. (Delaware Court of Chancery).

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Victoria obtained her Juris Doctor, from Penn State Law receiving the Order of the Coif award and graduating summa cum laude. While at Penn, she served as Managing Editor of Communications of the Journal of Law and International Affairs.

Prior to law school, Victoria received a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflicts from the University College Dublin. She also received a Master of Philosophy in International Relations and Politics at the University of Cambridge where she was a member of Clare Hall College.

Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Politics and Business from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving the W.P. Carey School of Business Turken Outstanding Graduate Award. In 2016, Victoria was a Fulbright Undergraduate Summer Institute Fellow in Scotland.
