Viktor studied law at the University of Louvain and holds a master’s in law (LL.M.) from the University of London (UCL). He also holds a MBA from the Vlerick Business School.
He speaks English, French and Dutch.
Viktor is a managing associate at the Brussels office specialising in private and public M&A, corporate governance and corporate law, as well as financial regulatory law, on a local or international level. He advises (listed and non-listed) corporates, private equity firms and banks on complex domestic and cross-border deals.

Viktor has written articles and papers on subjects on company law and financial law. He was a teaching assistant of civil and economic law at the University of Namur. He is invited to universities and private organisations to present topics of corporate and economic law.
