Scott is a senior associate in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York. He has represented clients in investigations and litigation in state and federal court, with a focus on complex civil litigation, intellectual property, mass tort, false advertising, consumer class actions, and residential mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott was an associate at a New York City law firm.
