- Broadcom Inc.: represented as defendant in New York state court, securing complete dismissal of business tort claims by downstream manufacturer relating to supply of semiconductors.*
- Robert Bosch GmbH and Robert Bosch LLC: represented as defendants in multiple class actions and in government investigations arising from allegations of diesel emissions technology manipulation by automobile manufacturers.*
- Medtronic Minimed: represented as defendant in securing dismissal of earnout claim brought in Delaware Chancery Court.*
- Tempur Sealy International: represented as defendant in multi-day evidentiary hearing that resulted in denial of FTC application to block merger on antitrust grounds.*
- Compass Minerals: represented as defendant in securities fraud class action and derivative litigation relating to implementation of mining technology.*
- National Amusements, Inc. and Shari Redstone: represented as defendants in stockholder litigation in Delaware Chancery Court alleging breach of fiduciary duty in connection with $30 billion merger of Viacom and CBS.*
- Civil rights plaintiff: represented, pro bono, incarcerated person at trial of Section 1983 claims in the Southern District of New York.*
- Plaintiff: represented, pro bono, plaintiff in wage theft case in Eastern District of New York, achieving over $60,000 in settlement.*

Education, Qualifications and Languages
William obtained his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, where he also served as a teaching assistant and as Submissions Director for the Yale Journal on Regulation. He also obtained a Master of Arts from Harvard University and his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago (summa cum laude), graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
