Alexandra Selezneva

Alexandra’s experience includes advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loan facilities, structured financings, acquisition financings, ECA backed financings, real estate financings and restructurings and acting for financial institutions, sponsors and large corporates.

Alexandra is working with Linklaters since 2017.

Alexandra studied law at Moscow State University (Moscow) (bachelor’s degree) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) (master’s degree). She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
