He advises clients on the antitrust aspects of a broad range of matters including merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the German competition authority, the worldwide coordination of merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, joint ventures and distribution agreements. He also represents clients before the European courts in Luxembourg. He has significant experience in several industry sectors, such as industrial gases, medical devices, automotive and logistics.
