  • Zeppelin on the acquisition of the Caterpillar distribution business in the Nordic region
  • Linde in connection with their USD 46bn fusion with Praxair 
  • Siemens Healthineers on the acquisition of Fast Track Diagnostics (FTD), a global supplier of diagnostics tests
  • Aconex Limited on the acquisition of the software and service company conject
  • AG Insurance Group (and their real estate division AG Real Estate) on different asset categories and complex investing structures
  • Progroup on the strategic acquisition of a heat and power plant for thermal utilisation of surrogate fuels from EnBW AG
  • Triton on the sale of the of the special fertilizer manufacturer Compo Expert Business to the Chinese Xio Group

       Siemens AG on its €14.6bn joint bid with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for Alstom's energy business
