Nicolas Zacharie specialises in European and French Competition Law work, especially the aspects relating to merger regulations, anticompetitive practices (horizontal agreements/cartels, vertical agreements and abuse of a dominant position) as well as in State Aid. He represents his clients before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority and before European and national jurisdictions.

Nicolas Zacharie has been involved in a number of complex national and cross-border transactions. He contributes within the framework of their disputes (notably PSA and Sanofi). He has also assisted several clients when competition authority dawn raids have been carried out and during the procedural steps which follow thereafter, including within the framework of leniency procedures.

As regards to State Aid, he has advised several large groups such as the Caisse des Dépôts or Engie.

Nicolas Zacharie lectures in Competition Law at the Paris Dauphine University, at Sciences Po and frequently organises training seminars for his clients
