Recent work:

• DSM Fimmenich: Advising the lenders on the €1.8bn syndicated corporate facilities for DSM B.V. under guarantee by DSM Firmenich AG, the debut syndicated transaction after the merger of the two chemicals giants.
• CBRE: Advising the borrower on fund-level financings for two CBRE flagship funds, both holding real estate assets all over Europe.
• VARO: Advising the lenders on the $5bn borrowing base and term facilities for VARO Energy, increased and extended in connection with the acquisition of Swedish trader Preem AB.
• BEEQUIP: Advising the company on the €1.5bn refinancing of its operational lease book of highly mobile equipment in connection with its acquisition by Apollo, including the related corporate restructuring to facilitate the take-out of asset-backed products.
• Unilever PLC and The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V.: advising on the creation, separation and demerger of Unilever's global ice cream business and listings of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. The Magnum Ice Cream Company operates in 80 countries, with 30 manufacturing facilities and approximately 200 distribution centres across six continents. It listed with a market capitalisation of €8bn.
• Ferrari Group PLC: advising the joint bookrunners on their role in the initial public offering of Ferrari Group PLC and the listing of its shares on Euronext Amsterdam.
• ING Groep N.V.: advising the Dutch multinational banking and financial services corporation on its issue of US$1.5bn 7.000% Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Contingent Convertible Capital Securities.
• TenneT Holding B.V.: Consent solicitation regarding €16.2bn of TenneT Holding’s senior EMTN bonds.
