Linklaters advises Paragon on its debut high yield bond offering and new revolving credit facility

Linklaters has advised PCC Global Plc (Paragon), a global provider of business services, on its debut high yield issuance of €450 million senior secured notes due 2030 and €135 million revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the offering will be used mainly to repay outstanding group indebtedness.

The Linklaters high yield team was led by partner Giacomo Reali and included US associates Kristian Sutt and Makenna Cherry.
