Anna-Katharina is a counsel and Rechtsanwältin based in Frankfurt who has a specialised experience in software implementation projects, outsourcing agreements, computer and software law, e-commerce, and distribution law. Her expertise includes all aspects of data protection law including cross-border data transfers and GDPR implementation projects, She also advises on all types of IT related transactions and projects agreements.

Education and qualifications

Anna-Katharina studied law at the University of Cologne, Westfälische Wilhelmsuniversität, and Université de Droit, D’Economie et Des Sciences Sociales De Paris (Paris II, Assas), before completing a doctorate in law at the University of Cologne.
