  • Acting for a global professional services firm on an FRC investigation into misconduct allegations concerning several former employees. The matter culminated in a five-week Tribunal hearing and was included in The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2022.
  • Conducting a cross-border investigation into alleged tax evasion for a major professional service firm.

Education and qualifications

Beth has an LLB in Law with European Legal Studies from Kings College London and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Moorgate, London. Beth is also a member of the New York Bar.
