Overview

Jane is the global head of our risk advisory practice and global head of clients & sectors. As leader of the risk advisory practice, Jane works with global clients to identify, mitigate, and manage key risks across their businesses in a strategic manner, across business units and geographies, which includes analysing the current and emerging risks within the context of the commercial goals of our clients and their risk culture and appetite.

She has built a practice that integrates legal regulatory compliance and controls that solves client’s key issues holistically, working closely with general counsel, C-suite, and board of directors across their enterprise risks as a trusted strategic advisor. The pillars of risk advisory include financial crime and sanctions, data and cyber, ESG, digital transformation, supply chain and geopolitics.

Education and qualifications

Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from McGill University 1994, and she obtained her Western University Bachelor of Arts, Honours (B.A., Hons.) in 1991.
