Our team is U.S. qualified, and fluent in multiple languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, and English. They bring the right mix of Brazilian knowledge and international experience to the table, which has proven to be a successful combination, particularly for M&A, banking, capital markets, and arbitration matters, where it is imperative that both sides are aligned and have a clear understanding of each other’s needs and objectives.
