Linklaters Advised Banco Macro S.A. on US$400 Million Issuance
Linklaters advised Banco Macro S.A. (NYSE: "BMA"; ByMA: "BMA") on its priced offering of US$400 million of its 8.000% notes due 2029. The notes were offered and sold in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
