Linklaters has advised Polaris on its majority investment in the Valtus Group, a global leader in executive interim management.
Polaris is a leading Nordic based private equity firm, founded in 1998, specialising in majority investments in mid-sized companies across the Nordic region. Active in nearly 30 countries across four continents through 10 European subsidiaries, Valtus provides rapid access to seasoned senior executives to support clients through transformation, crisis, and other mission-critical change initiatives. In 2025, the Group generated approximately EUR 145 million in revenue and delivered more than 1,000 assignments.
