Linklaters advises the underwriters on €250 million accelerated bookbuild offering by VGP NV

Linklaters has advised the syndicate of underwriting banks on the successful €250 million accelerated bookbuild offering (ABB) by VGP, a pan-European developer, manager and owner of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate. 

The transaction was strongly oversubscribed and attracted significant interest from international institutional investors, demonstrating continued confidence in VGP’s growth strategy. 

We advised the syndicate banks on all legal aspects of the transaction, after having also advised the underwriters on the company’s previous capital increases (by way of ABB’s and a public rights issue) in the past years.
