Linklaters has advised the Joint Bookrunners on DFMG Holding GmbH's inaugural €1bn public bond issuance, marking the company's debut in the public debt capital markets.

The transaction consisted of €500m 4.875 per cent Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes due 2031 and €500m 5.250 per cent Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes due 2033, issued by DFMG Holding GmbH.

The Notes were issued under the security and guarantee package of the GD Towers multi-source debt platform. Linklaters previously advised the banks and private placement investors on the establishment of the platform, of which GD Towers Holding GmbH is the parent company. GD Towers is one of Europe’s largest independent tower companies.

The successful offering represents DFMG Holding's first public bond issuance and further diversifies its funding sources through access to the international debt capital markets. The Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market.

Sebastian Witte, Capital Markets Partner at Linklaters, commented:

"We were delighted to advise the Joint Bookrunners on DFMG Holding's inaugural public bond issuance. A €1bn dual-tranche offering is a significant debut, and it was a pleasure to help open up the public debt capital markets to a leading name in the towers infrastructure space."
