Linklaters is pleased to welcome Riaz Janjuah, a market-leading expert in restructuring and insolvency (R&I), who bolsters the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Germany as a partner in its Hamburg office.
Riaz specialises in advising on complex national and global restructurings and insolvencies. He has extensive experience in cross-border corporate R&I work and has been significantly involved in major restructuring mandates in Germany. Riaz specialises in the financial restructuring of companies in the context of negotiations, restructuring plans and international restructuring instruments.
Riaz began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg in 2005 and joined White & Case as a partner in 2014. Riaz joins Linklaters effective September 1, 2024.
