Linklaters is advising Citigroup and J.P. Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators for Pegasus Europe, a newly established Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). Pegasus Europe is backed by Jean Pierre Mustier and Diego De Giorgi, asset manager Tikehau Capital and Financiere Agache. It will focus on the European financial services sector, leveraging on the recognized industry expertise, deal sourcing and execution capabilities of its four sponsors, and intends to start the process for an IPO on Euronext Amsterdam.
