Alexander Harmse

Alexander heads the firm’s Dutch equity practice. His primary focus is on advising investment banks and issuers on equity and equity-linked issues, as well as high yield debt issues. Earlier in his career, Alexander spent two years in the firm’s New York office, giving him direct experience of working with U.S. clients and a broader perspective of equity capital markets generally.

• The underwriters on the €116m accelerated bookbuild placing of Fugro N.V. 
• The underwriters on Ebusco Holding N.V.’s €323m IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
• VAM Investments SPAC B.V. on its €210m SPAC IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
• Energy Transition Partners B.V. on its €175m SPAC IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
• The underwriters on CM.com N.V.’s €100m convertible bond offering.
• The underwriters on the €2.16bn offering and Euronext Amsterdam listing of Allfunds Group plc.
• The underwriters on the €2.6bn IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam of JDE Peet’s N.V.
• Unilever on its unification transaction involving a cross-border merger of Unilever N.V. into Unilever PLC and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
