Laurie is a Senior Practice Development Lawyer (“PDL”) in the Employment & Incentives group, a role unique to Linklaters.
As a senior employment lawyer and PDL, Laurie works closely with clients to provide updates on market trends, legal and regulatory developments and provides legal training and advisory sessions to clients, including bespoke sessions tailored to clients’ cultures, policies, and practices. With extensive experience as an employment lawyer advising clients on their advisory, contentious and transactional people-related matters, Laurie offers a balance of legal and market expertise in the role of PDL and is a key contact for clients as part of their core Linklaters’ teams.
Laurie has particular expertise advising businesses on diversity, equity and inclusion matters. She is a leading member of the Linklaters Diversity Faculty, a client-facing practice advising businesses on the legal, regulatory and governance aspects of DEI. She also has a keen interest on the future of work more broadly, and regularly advises business on issues relating to workplace culture, ESG and workplace activism. She is a frequent speaker and commentator on these issues and is a trusted source for clients on market trends in this space.
