Overview

Vaishali is an associate in Linklaters's Washington, D.C., office. She focuses her practice on environmental law, advising clients on complex environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory issues across energy, infrastructure, chemical, and industrial projects and transactions. Her experience ranges from project development to mergers and acquisitions. She also stays up-to-date in tracking U.S. federal and state—as well as international—laws, policies, programs, and initiatives to advise clients on current and future requirements and risks.

In law school, Vaishali clerked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on environmental case law, statues, and regulations. Additionally, Vaishali previously served as the law clerk to the Honorable Deborah S. Hanlon-Schron, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage.

Vaishali is also a proud member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and dedicated to providing pro bono services for LGBTQ+ clients in the U.S.
