Claudia Parzani named Top 100 global leader for gender inclusion for sixth year running

Claudia Parzani, Partner at Linklaters and Chairwoman of Borsa Italiana, has been included by Heroes and Yahoo Finance in the Heroes Women Role Model international rankings – for the sixth year in a row. The rankings aim to recognise high-profile professional figures who have distinguished themselves globally for initiatives aimed at improving the position of women in the working world.

Claudia Parzani has been included in the Heroes Women Executives Role Model category which celebrates the 100 women, in top international roles, who are driving change by using their influence and professional position to actively promote an inclusive culture.

Included in this international ranking since its first edition, Claudia Parzani has already received similar awards in 2021, 2000 and 2019 (100 Women Executives category), 2018 (Top 10 Female Role Model for the Financial Times and HERoes) and 2017 (Top 10 Champion of Women in Business for the Financial Times and HERoes).

Always passionate about inclusion and social issues, Claudia Parzani supports numerous initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and supporting talent. She is the founder of Breakfast@Linklaters, a network of female business community members and ambassador for Italy of the international campaign 'Inspiring Girls' to promote and support young female talent.
