Linklaters advises a consortium of investment funds advised by affiliates of Tinicum Incorporated and Blackstone Inc. on its £1.275 billion recommended offer for Senior plc.
Senior plc is a FTSE 250 listed, international engineering solutions provider, designing and manufacturing high technology components and systems for the aerospace, defence, land vehicle and power & energy markets.
The recommended offer is a high profile UK public to private transaction in the defence and aerospace sector, reflecting continued sponsor interest in UK listed businesses with strong underlying fundamentals and long term growth potential. The transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of various conditions, including shareholder approval and regulatory clearances.
