Linklaters has advised Allianz Direct, a subsidiary of the German group Allianz specialising in online insurance, on the acquisition of Eurofil’s insurance portfolio, brand and operational assets from Abeille IARD & Santé.
This acquisition will position Allianz Direct as the third largest player in the French direct insurance market.
