Linklaters advises Baker Tilly Belgium on its partnership with Baker Tilly Netherlands

Linklaters has advised Baker Tilly Belgium on its partnership with Baker Tilly Netherlands to form a new leading accountancy and advisory platform across the Benelux region. The transaction follows on the initial investment by Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private investor, in Baker Tilly Netherlands in April 2025. Inflexion remains on board as a minority shareholder and will continue to support the group with strategic advice.

The transaction strengthens Baker Tilly’s cross border capabilities and supports joint investment in innovation and digitalisation.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the advice of Baker Tilly Netherlands’ works council. Completion is expected in March 2026. Financial terms are not being disclosed.

A cross-border Linklaters team advised Baker Tilly Belgium on all aspects of the Transaction. The team was led by An Sofie Van Hootegem, supported by Andreas Depoortere and Maxime Jacobs on the M&A side, and Caroline Borgers and Jan Van Cauwenberghe on the tax side.
