Linklaters advises Franklin Templeton on the second generation of its Turkish private equity fund

A cross-border and cross-practice team led by partner Claire Prospert has advised Franklin Templeton on the structuring, establishment and fundraising of Templeton Turkey Fund II, the second generation of its Turkish private equity fund. The fund successfully held its first closing in February 2026, with its current target size being US$ 300 million, and attracted significant support from various institutional investors.
