Linklaters advises Frøy AS on NOK 10bn refinancing

Linklaters has advised Frøy AS, a leading provider of infrastructure and wellboat services to the salmon farming industry, on a NOK 10.1 billion refinancing of its existing facilities. In addition to repaying Frøy AS's existing acquisition facilities, on which Linklaters assisted in 2023, the financing will be used to support the Frøy Group's expansion and capital expenditure activities in the aquaculture sector.
