He specialises in infrastructure acquisition finance, holdco finance and multi-source common debt platforms.

- Telecom Infrastructure Partners on its refinancing.
- IFM Investors on the acquisition financing in respect of its public offer for a minority stake in Naturgy.
- West Street Infrastructure Partners (a Goldman Sachs Asset Management fund) on the financing of its P2P acquisition of Frøy ASA.
