Linklaters Paris announces the arrival of Camille Welfringer as counsel within the Corporate/M&A team.
With 10 years of experience at leading international law firms, Camille advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and strategic partnerships. Her experience covers a wide range of high-stakes transformational transactions, including complex joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
Recognised for several years by Best Lawyers in France as a 'One to Watch', she advises listed and unlisted companies across a range of sectors, particularly in the banking, financial, industrial and services sectors.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2018, Camille holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University and an LL.M from the University of Cambridge.
