He has successfully advised clients on market-leading deals, investigations and litigation in the chemicals, healthcare, financial services, media, mining, mobility and technology sectors.
He is also the go-to person for any queries related to Belgium, Luxembourg or the Netherlands on antitrust investigations and litigation, merger control, foreign investment control and foreign subsidies regulation. Chambers Global 2024 has ranked Lodewick as a Foreign Expert for the Netherlands, citing his notable experience assisting clients with obtaining merger clearance before the Dutch competition authority and representing clients in investigations.
