Overview
Ross is a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure team, based in London.
Ross regularly advises infrastructure funds, financial institutions and portfolio companies in relation to the acquisition and disposal of assets, portfolio financings, debt platforms and other structured solutions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Ross has particular expertise in digital infrastructure, having advised on many of the largest data centre and fibre transactions across Europe.

- atNorth: advising CPPIB and Equinix in relation to the acquisition and capex financing of atNorth, a Nordic data centre platform.
- DigitalBridge and Yondr: advising DigitalBridge in respect of the acquisition of the Yondr data centre platform.
- Yondr: advising Yondr in relation to its debt facilities across assets in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, the USA and Malaysia.
- Deutsche Glasfaser: advising lenders in relation to the restructuring of the company’s debt package.
- IFM / Green DC: advising IFM on the acquisition and capex financing of Green DC, a Swiss data centre operator.
- CityFibre: advising lenders in respect of the restructuring of CityFibre’s debt package.
- Brookfield and Data4: advising Brookfield and Data4 in relation to the €3.3bn financing of Data4’s ‘GrowthCo’ and ‘StableCo’ structure.
- Brookfield / BUUK: advising lenders in relation to the refinancing of Brookfield’s BUUK Infrastructure and its multi-sourced debt platform.
- Nordiqus / Brookfield: advising Brookfield-owned Nordiqus on the establishment of its multi-sourced debt platform.
- I Squared Capital / Arriva: advising a syndicate of lenders on the €1.5bn financing of I Squared Capital’s acquisition of British multinational Arriva plc.
- Cube Infrastructure / Osprey Charging Network Ltd: advising Osprey on its capex facilities to fund the expansion of its EV charging network.
