Overview

Erasmia is a Managing Associate in our global antitrust & foreign investment group, based in London.

Erasmia advises on a range of competition law issues, her key areas of focus being EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign direct investment, as well as utilities regulation. She works across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in life sciences and healthcare, energy, technology, sustainability, and financial services.

Holcim on the EU merger control aspects of its €1.85bn acquisition of Xella, a European market leader in sustainable and innovative walling systems
Novo Holdings on the merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidies aspects of its US$16.5bn acquisition of Catalent, a global contract development and manufacturing organisation
Equitix / Baltic Cable on the merger control, foreign investment, and unbundling aspects of their acquisition of Greenlink, a 504MW electricity interconnector between Great Britain and Ireland
Novo Holdings on the merger control aspects of its acquisition of Single Use Support GmbH
Novozymes on the merger control and FDI filings in connection with its statutory merger with Chr. Hansen Holding A/S
Thermo Fisher on its acquisition of The Binding Site Group Limited and related merger control and foreign investment filings

Erasmia joined Linklaters’ Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in 2022, having trained and worked in the UK and Greece. Erasmia is admitted in England & Wales and Greece.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Erasmia holds a law degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds an LLM in German and European Law from Humboldt University in Berlin and an LLM from University College London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Lawyers from King’s College London.
Erasmia speaks English, Greek, German and French.
