Milan is a real estate associate in the Paris office.

He specialises in French real estate and construction law, with a particular focus on cross-border real estate transactions and financing, as well as the development of wind and solar farm projects.

His recent significant experience includes:

A US investment fund and its 100% owned Paris-based data centre platform : advising on the establishment of a stabilised hyperscale data centre platform across France, Spain and Italy, alongside the formation of a new consortium investment partnership in the stabilised platform.
Project Snacks: Advising W. P. Carey as buyer and subsequent landlord of four properties, three in France (two in Vendée and one in Maine-et-Loire) and one located in Medina del Campo, Spain, from affiliates of the Europe Snacks group
Verkor Dunkirk Gigafactory: advising the European Investment Bank and the commercial lenders through the financial close of the €1.3bn financing of the construction of Verkor's first Gigafactory of electric vehicle batteries located in Dunkirk, France, which will have an initial production capacity of 16 GWh per year.
Global investment banks: advising on a repurchase transaction with Ares Management, in relation to Queensgate Investments' €410m refinancing of their Generator Hostels portfolio across Europe.
Ardian: advising in connection with its first investment in self-storage through the acquisition of the company Costockage, a marketplace allowing professionals and individuals to rent storage units from established operators and/or unused storage space from private individuals.
Helexia: advising this leading energy transition and energy-efficiency services provider across Europe on the financing of a pan-EU portfolio of solar PV and energy efficiency projects (8 countries / c.600 projects).
A leading global investment firm: advising on its senior term facilities relating to the financing of the acquisition of nine logistics properties located in France and the capital expenditure to be spent on the Properties
The National Pension Service: advising this Korean public pension fund represented by DWS Group on the acquisition of a prime logistic platform, in Le Coudray-Montceaux from the developer Télamon
Compass Group Holdings PLC : advising on its contemplated strategic acquisition of the Dupont Restauration group, a leader in food services operating primarily in France.

Milan graduated cum laude from the Sciences Po Paris Law School (Master in Business Law) and holds a Master’s degree from Université Paris-Dauphine (Master in Real Estate Finance).
