Overview
Alex is co-head of the firm’s global financial sponsors sector and regularly advises private equity houses and other financial sponsor clients on all types of private equity transactions, including private acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, co-investments, consortium deals and distressed acquisitions through to exit by way of disposals, restructurings and IPOs. He has vast experience in advising different types of financial sponsor clients across a number of business sectors.
Alex is ranked as a “Hall of Fame” leading individual by Legal 500 and a Band 1 practitioner by Chambers for Private Equity Buyouts. He has been named Private Equity Lawyer of the Year by The Deal Europe and Individual of the Year by Legal 500. He has also been named one of the Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers 2025 by Private Equity News.
