Alexander is a US-qualified associate with experience advising issuers and underwriters on a range of international debt- and equity-based capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and private placements.

  • EMD Finance LLC and Merck KGaA (as guarantor): advised an underwriting syndicate on EMD Finance LLC’s USD 4.0 billion multi-tranche 144A issuance.
  • Daimler Truck Finance North America LLC, Daimler Truck Holding AG and Daimler Truck AG: advised issuer’s side on two of the Group’s multi-tranche 144A issuances totalling USD 4.8 billion.
  • Volkswagen Group of America Finance, LLC with Volkswagen AG (as guarantor): advised an underwriting syndicate on Volkswagen Group of America Finance, LLC’s USD 2.0 billion multi-tranche 144A issuance.

Alexander first joined Linklaters as a Summer Associate in the firm’s Frankfurt office in 2023. He has been based in Frankfurt since 2024.
