Bhavishya is an Associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in Linklaters’ Washington, D.C. office. She represents clients on U.S. merger control in international M&A transactions. She also advises on direct and indirect investments in U.S. businesses, non-U.S. mergers and acquisitions with a U.S. business connection, and the U.S. outbound foreign investment control program.Education and Qualifications
Bhavishya holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was Global Justice Fellow. Bhavishya graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto, where she double majored in Statistics and Economics.
