Overview

Bianca is an Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice and based in Dusseldorf. She specialises in German and European competition laws, including merger control as well as all other aspects of competition law. Also, Bianca comprehensively advises on foreign investment control including proceedings under German foreign trade law. She represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as German and European Courts.

• ArcelorMittal: advising on merger control aspects in relation to the acquisition of various scrap metal companies.
• A German financial investor: advising on various acquisitions in several sectors, including home textiles, structural and civil engineering and stamping technology, and related merger control proceedings at the German Federal Cartel Office and numerous international competition authorities.
• A leading real estate developer: advising on a merger control filing with the European Commission in relation to a portfolio investment.
• TION Renewables: advising on the acquisition of a majority shareholding by EQT Active Core Infrastructure.
