Dr. Charlotte Legerlotz

Overview

Charlotte specialises in European and German antitrust law, with a focus on cartel proceedings, compliance, abuse control and merger control.  She represents clients before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before European and German courts.

She has sector-specific expertise in the automotive industry, mobile communications, and the digital economy.

Charlotte is currently seconded to the Linklaters office in Brussels.

Work Highlights

• AUDI AG: advising on the entry into Formula 1 including the investment of QIA in Sauber.
• Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG: advising in cartel proceedings before the European Commission concerning alleged conduct in relation to emission technologies.
• Automotive suppliers: Advice on continuous competition matters, particularly regarding vertical matters, antitrust compliance and cooperations.

Beyond the Office

Charlotte joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2023. Previously, she worked for the firm in different functions, first as a Research Assistant and later as a Legal Trainee.

Charlotte is currently seconded to the Linklaters office in Brussels.
