Charlotte Struyf

Overview

Charlotte is a junior associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in Brussels.

Charlotte advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, antitrust compliance and behavioural issues as well as foreign investment.

Experience

Charlotte joined Linklaters as a legal consultant in March 2025 and has been a junior associate since May 2025. Prior to joining Linklaters, Charlotte completed a traineeship at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition.

Beyond the Office

Charlotte studied law at the KU Leuven in Belgium and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Cambridge.

Charlotte advises clients in Dutch, English and French.
