Overview

Florian is a Junior Associate in the global Competition/Antitrust practice, based in Brussels. 

He advises on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law, including merger control, FDI screening, abuse of dominance, cartels and antitrust compliance issues.

Florian assists clients from a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, telecoms, consumer goods, automotive and basic industries.

Professional experience

Florian is a Junior Associate in the global Competition/Antitrust practice and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since October 2020. Before joining Linklaters, Florian interned at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission.

Education and qualifications

Florian studied law at the University of Leuven, Belgium and holds an LL.M in European legal studies from the College of Europe.

Florian speaks Dutch, English and French.
