Ivan has over 15 years' experience working on large-scale project development and financing transactions across a broad range of sectors globally, with particular expertise in structuring complex and multi-source project financings.
In recent years, Ivan has focused extensively on projects in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region, including digital infrastructure development. He also spent over a year on client secondment in Saudi Arabia, where he served as chief legal officer of the strategic investments and partnerships department at a flagship mega project.
Education and Qualifications
Ivan is a law graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
