Overview

Jessica is a counsel in the banking group in the firm’s New York office. She has deep experience in advising clients in domestic and cross-border finance transactions. She regularly represents both lenders and borrowers in investment grade and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising on guarantee and collateral matters for complex derivatives and fund finance transactions. She also has experience in acquisition financing, infrastructure and project finance, DIP and other restructuring transactions, and trade finance.

Jessica also manages Linklaters’ U.S. banking knowledge and learning resources. She develops state-of-the-art knowhow and interactive training for all aspects of our finance transactions. Additionally, she collaborates with other Linklaters experts to write briefings and alerts on legal and market developments affecting the banking practice.

Professional experience

Jessica previously served as assistant general counsel to a multinational financial institution in New York, where she covered multiple sectors, including corporate and investment grade lending, acquisition finance, trade and commodity finance, and project finance advisory.

Education and qualifications

Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

She is a member of the New York State Bar in the United States.
