Kathleen studied law at University of the West of England, Bristol. She also holds an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College London.

Kathleen is a managing associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice, based in Hong Kong SAR.
She has a wide range of experience based on her work both as a regulator and as a private practitioner, across Asia and in the UK.
Kathleen advises on Asia focused mergers, including advising on transaction structures and coordination of multi-jurisdictional filings. She also advises on on-going cartel and distribution investigations in Hong Kong.
Kathleen spent nearly four years as a case manager at the Hong Kong Competition Commission before joining Linklaters. During that time, she managed a wide range of investigations on cartels, and assisted in the formulation of the Commission’s policies, including leniency and cooperation. She also worked at a major PRC law firm based in Hong Kong, advising on a wide range of complex antitrust matters and assisting on SAMR filings.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Kathleen worked at a major Malaysian law firm and UK telecoms regulator, OFCOM.
