Leila is Counsel in Linklaters' Energy & Infrastructure practice, working between Dubai and London. She has spent over a decade advising on project finance and project development transactions across the Middle East, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Leila advises on procurement, construction and financing arrangements spanning the power, water, infrastructure and petrochemicals sectors. She has worked on several first in country transactions and a number of recent high-profile financings. Leila has extensive experience of procurement, construction and financing arrangements across the Middle East.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Leila studied law at the College of Law, London (LLB), and is a graduate of the University of Durham with a BA (Hons) in English Literature. She is admitted as a solicitor by the Law Society of England and Wales.
