Lucinda is a recognised expert in procurement law, having taught specialist modules at the Academy of European Law's summer school programme. She is also deeply committed to the development of the next generation of legal talent, actively mentoring trainees and junior associates at Linklaters.
Lucinda is a Managing Associate in Linklaters' Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group, based in London. She brings extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of transactional, advisory and contentious matters – spanning antitrust and regulatory investigations, global merger control and foreign investment.
Lucinda has a particular focus on regulated sectors, including energy & utilities, financial services, rail, defence and healthcare & life sciences. Lucinda’s specialist expertise in regulatory matters, procurement law and subsidy control sets her apart, enabling her to advise clients on a uniquely wide range of issues that go beyond her core competition law focus – making her a trusted adviser for businesses operating at the intersection of competition, regulation and public law.
