Richard is Head of the Global Energy & Infrastructure practice. He has a particular focus on the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure assets, both in the primary and secondary markets. He regularly acts for governments, sponsors and lenders, and has experience acting on capital markets, commercial bank, ECA backed and hybrid financing structures as well as on energy transition matters.
