Overview
Rita Albuquerque is an Associate in the Capital Markets group in the Lisbon office’s Finance Division.
Her recent practice focuses on regulatory work, advising domestic and international clients, such as banks and corporate clients that operate in a wide range of market sectors, namely dealings and filings with the Portuguese regulators. She is furthermore involved in transactional work on debt and equity capital markets transactions and acquisition financing, as well as private debt placements, listings and public tender offers.
