Experience
Sebastian has been working at Linklaters since 2006. He held the position as Associate from 2008 until 2011 and the position as Managing Associate from 2011 until 2017. In 2017 he was appointed Counsel and in 2022 Head of Digital Assets Germany.He worked six months each in Linklaters Hong Kong and New York offices and provided several months of on-site advice at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in 2009.
Beyond the Office
Sebastian graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin in 2003 with a degree in Business Law. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in English Law from BPP Law School in London and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Law. He was admitted as a Solicitor for England and Wales in 2008 and as a German lawyer in 2011.
He is fluent in German and English.
