Specialised experience in the area of international capital markets law. He regularly advises global banks, financial institutions, asset managers, insurance companies, private equity firms, CCPs and corporates under German and English law with respect to a variety of structured capital markets and structured finance products with a focus on securitisations, (cleared and non-cleared) derivatives (FX, (synthetic) credit and equity), (cleared and non-cleared) repo and securities lending transactions, Schuldscheindarlehen as well as hybrid instruments such as convertible and exchangeable bonds.

He also regularly advises banks and asset managers with respect to their credit linked notes programmes and covers the following regulatory areas arising in connection with structured capital markets and structured finance products: EMIR, CRR, SRM-R/BRRD/SAG, SFT-R and CSD-R.
